CSA Strategic Plan 2026 - 2030

Christian Schools Australia (CSA) is preparing for the next phase of its strategic planning, positioning itself to partner with its members as they navigate the evolving landscape in which their schools seek to flourish. While schools continue to grow and thrive, the broader horizon is shaped by political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental factors. These dynamics present both challenges and opportunities, requiring a strategic approach to ensure that Christian education remains impactful in an ever-changing world. From 2026 to 2030, CSA has identified five key priorities (peaks) to guide its journey toward continued flourishing: Narrative, Reach, Structure, Embodiment and Impact.
